Destringer DST3500

Machine Tech's DST3500 Destringer will pick the bale, cut strings, stack, destring and drop the strings in about 45 seconds all while using factory integrated skid steer controls (assumes your machine is capable), if not, a wireless option is available.  Time and efficiency will improve as the operators become more accustomed to how the machine operates.  This process will eliminate the need for as many workers in the bunker which reduces cost, improves efficiency, and greatly improves safety.

 

Standard packages includes the following:

  • Painted steel frame with aluminum cutter arm

  • Hydraulic bale clamping

  • Hydraulic string clamping mechanism

  • Hydraulic motor for string cutter

  • Non lubricating slider arms on clamp mechanism to reduce maintenance.

  • 2PC pickup forks, removeable

  • Heavy duty tie bolt cylinders

  • Built with ease of maintenance in mind

Tree Digger TD007

Machine Tech's TD007 Cedar Tree Digger skid steer attachment combines our expertise in mechanical design and operator feedback to bring you the most durable and operator friendly Tree Digger in the market

  • Integrated Controls for ease of use or wireless option if your machine doesn't have capabilites
